We do not use third-party analytics tools and do not place advertising or tracking cookies on our website. We use essential session cookies only for authenticated users of our portal (powered by Supabase).

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Contact you to discuss whether OBLQ's services are a fit for your business
• Schedule and conduct introductory calls or demos
• Send relevant follow-up communications related to your inquiry

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How We Store Your Information

Information submitted through our intake form is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service. Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by appropriate data processing terms. Data is stored on servers located in the United States.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to follow up on your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).

5. Communications

By submitting an inquiry, you consent to receive email and phone communications from OBLQ related to your request. Each email communication from us will include a way to opt out of future messages. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and will honor opt-out requests promptly.
